In addition to taking Formulas One and Two of the Almighty
Cleanse, Danny has developed three dietary cleansing plans that will
enhance the effectiveness of the Cleanse.*

The instructions for Formulas # 1 and 2 apply to all
three cleanses. Regardless of the plan you choose to follow, each morning,
drink 16 oz. of very warm water with fresh lemon juice.
Basic Plan - With the Basic Plan, you
don't have to change your eating habits. However, for best results we
recommend eating more fresh fruits and vegetables at meal times. For
example, eat several fresh fruits in the morning, and at lunch and/or
dinner eat a large salad with all your favorites vegetables, like cucumber,
tomato, broccoli, carrot, celery, or radish. Try to eliminate junk foods
like candy, chips, donuts, white bread, fried foods, or soda for the
seven days.
Master Plan - Eliminate all animal foods
(including dairy products) and eat only whole plant foods like raw fruits,
vegetables, beans, brown rice, oatmeal, and other whole grains for the
seven days. Eat all the fresh fruits and vegetables. You may also incorporate
a variety of fresh juices.
Almighty Plan - Try to drink only fresh
fruit and vegetable juices for the seven days. You may include fresh
fruit and vegetables in the raw, uncooked form. Every other hour, between
the hours of drinking Formula Two, drink 12 ounces of fresh juice. You
can combine several vegetables for a great energy boost like carrot,
parsley, beet; Swiss chard, or cucumber. You can drink more juice in
the day if you like. You may not even be hungry during the seven days
on the Master and Almighty Plan, since the Formula Two will fill your
stomach and the juices will give you lots of energy.* To break this
cleanse, eat small amounts of fresh fruits for breakfast and a fresh
salad for lunch on day eight and nine.
Almighty Maintenance
In between your seasonal cleanses, here are some
recommendations for maintaining good health.
As a maintenance program, cut out junk foods and eat
lots of fresh organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and
legumes every day. A whole plant, whole food, based diet combined
with a good aerobic exercise program will enhance your overall health.
Avoid eating refined sugars, processed foods and an excess of starchy
foods like candy, donuts, potato chips, cookies, cakes, etc.
We recommend eating organic produce and drinking purified water whenever
possible. Always drink plenty of water, at least 6 to 8 (8 oz) glasses
a day. Continue drinking the glass of lemon and warm water first thing
in the morning (before eating anything).
Try to get moderate sunshine, plenty of fresh air, and a good night's
sleep.
Repeat The Almighty Cleanse every three months.
